Follow these steps to get the most out of Referlo
Upload your resume as a .docx file. Hermes will parse it and extract your skills, experience, and target job titles to power matching and tailoring.
Export your connections from LinkedIn and import the CSV here. This is the foundation of your warm network.
2. Data Privacy → Get a copy of your data
3. Select Connections only → Request archive
4. You'll get an email with a download link (usually within minutes)
5. Unzip and upload Connections.csv here
Cross-reference your Facebook friends against your LinkedIn contacts to boost the priority score of people you actually know well.

Run a job scrape using your target title and location. Referlo pulls listings from LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Hacker News simultaneously.
Hermes scans your contacts and jobs to find overlaps — people who work at companies that are hiring, or whose background is relevant to roles you're targeting.
From the Matches panel, click Draft ✉ next to any match. Hermes writes a personalized message based on your relationship, the role, and the company. Edit and send.
